so, they're going to put people to the test and it'll likely fail with about 7-8 no votes and then they'll move on to the next idea which might or might not fail.

Then eventually, they'll get to short-circuiting just the components that will make Obamacare fail faster (which if you buy their current thoughts is already happening) so they'll be shooting a stabbing victim.

It's just lunacy for the sake of political theatre.
