I don't see her backing down, I'm just not sure if she's okay with skinny repeal.

She has said, repeatedly, that ACA needs to be changed but wants to do it via normal process, via committees, hearings, etc with bipartisan input. She also has a lot of constituents on expanded Medicaid, so I sense she's quite against that repeal. But would skinny repeal work for her?

I'm not sure she'll vote for something that has a one-year Planned Parenthood defund in it though (if that remains in)
