You've had a long time. Many of them ran specifically on it. Why wouldn't you work overtime to at least be able to say 'here is a plan that we can defend and does the majority of what we want.'

Why wouldn't you want to be that person? I don't get why at least one office hasn't come up with something.

Was everyone honestly just assuming that someone else was going to do it?
