Oh I know that. But I feel like if I was a junior senator from somewhere I'd be working OT to come up with a votable plan.

Even if it's just 'rebranding' Obamacare and using 85% of what's already there and just changing a little so that you look like a hero and not a part of a group that didn't know what to do last night.
