I mean you're in better shape than five years ago, have a sweet place in Chelsea and travel the world often. Who could want to live with you and all that?

And I have your old Axis & Allies so I'd appreciate it if you left me something else.
I'll definitely take those Yankees tickets, that was a given. I'm swiping those as soon as you're gone.
