nope. still trying to get info out of the bank where my identity was used to create accounts.

no one ever seems to be around to answer their phone, and if I leave a voice mail I might get a call back in the next two weeks.
the last time I missed their call, instead of answering any questions (even a question about what I need to do to get more information) they just said "We are returning your call, please call us back ...."
