Judging from the episode title, I don't think the producers see it as unjust, either.
One of the "rules" about GoT is that acts of evil seem to get met with fitting ends. She might have fought for the right team, but she killed an innocent girl. She deserve this fate. Whether her daughter did is a different discussion.
