no aclu or other lawyer? we've seen them for other similar cases, so it stands out to me.

i have other questions (no surprise from me! ;p), too re: are there witnesses that he was with the family at the church event at the time of the calls (the reporter really should have found that out); do they have the calls recorded with his voice; and more.
