RG3 has all of the injury issues as well. That doesn't apply to Kaep. I'm not sure Kaep is a starting qb in the league (he's had ups and downs,

though his numbers were good last year). But he is unquestionably talented enough to have a job. And there are likely teams he could compete for the starting job at.
