Products that say right on their packaging stuff like "100% Real Whipped Cream" will not also be allowed to put "Gluten Free" on the packaging.
If you really have celiac disease, you'll already know things like cream doesn't have gluten.
If you are just some freaking gluten truther type person, eff you. Figure it out.
