I watched a 20-something mother completely ignore her 2 yo who was completely starved for attention, the other day.

while she was completely engrossed in her phone. It was tough to watch.
It feels like there's something different happening here. It's not necessarily the kids I'm worried about. They are adapting to a world as they know it. But what damage are those of us who are older doing to them.
