ST DML: As mentioned, have to leave house at 2:30am to drop off daughter at church. Stay up or sleep first?

note: Have Sunday rehearsal at 8:30am on Saturday and will not be returning home after drop off no matter what the answer is. Couches at church are comfy so napping/sleeping after drop-off is planned.
Busses leave at 3:30am (supposedly)
Responses:
drop her off the night before and let her sleep on the couch - you can then sleep in and have the wife make you breakfast in bed -- nm

usually I stay up on Friday nights till at least 1:30 or 2 playing EVE. It's not a stretch and was probably my original plan -- (edited)
