our new house is not ready
we are having a hard time finding a one bedroom in the area we want - its fast growing right now
and the places want 45 day or more lead time. a few have ones ready now - BUT A FEW. ugh

and the price depends on which apt it is in the complex, what date you move in on and which floor its on. whether its upgraded or not. not the floor plan - the specific apt itself has a price variance. it can be a difference of $ 200+ a month.

the exact same apt has a difference of $ 52 depending on the move in date - per month - which adds up to additional $ 600+ over the life of the lease. its super dumb.

application fees
deposits
pet deposits
pet rent
credit checks
paycheck submission

its more work than the closing!
