Are there other people around?
Make sure you have a raid pass. If not, spin the gym disc to get one.
You probably want at least 6-7 people, 10 or so is probably ideal. When you have enough people, start the raid.
Use rock type (golem) and water type (vaporeon). If you happen to have an Omastar with double rock moves, use it is it is even close to a high level. You can also use tyranitar with its rock charge move. Gyarados with hydro pump can also work.
It's not that easy to catch. Be patient, wait for it to drop closer (for most some, some have an easier time hitting it when it's high up and farther away). Use golden raspberries and throw curve balls.
