One of the best tech people I've ever worked with was a woman. she was a stone cold, lights out, IT Killer. She was worth 3 normal people.

and she wasn't the exception. Many of my favorite tech people have been women. They bring a pragmatic, logical mind to a problem where as some men wet themselves.
