I do not think Sansa and Jon are going to stay friendly. I think Jon will end up doing what every Stark leader does -- doing the right thing, rather than the correct political thing. He will either bend the knee to Daenarys, or they might even attempt to marry. Or who knows.

But Sansa is going to retaliate and many in the north will align with her. Brienne is her sworn protector, but Arya is much (much) closer to Jon.
