I frankly wouldn't be surprised if Disney bought themselves another studio, although regulators may have words.

Warner Bros is prime real-estate. It's got a lot of assets and I'm sure some executives at Disney Animation wouldn't mind getting their hands on legacy assets like Bugs Bunny and Scooby-Doo. Or, you know, Superman. Imagine one company owning both DC and Marvel? And all those cable networks. And doesn't WB have the Harry Potter license? It may, actually, be too complex to swing.
I've argued that Universal should be a target for Disney if only because they want the theme parks. But Disney isn't into rehabbing other people's theme parks. I can see them buying them, stripping the Marvel thrill rides, and then selling off all the assets.
Paramount is easy pickings but they've got almost nothing going for them.
Fox and Sony are probably going to stay on the sidelines because of how monolithic they are. Certainly Disney doesn't want Sony's hardware division.
