1A: So how much time are they taking for vacation?
MF: I don't know, we don't track those hours.

To him it's all about trusting the employee to get the work done, but they also encourage vacation with a program called the Fool's Errand, where once a month they pick a name at random and that employee has to take 2 weeks off before the next meeting.
