My friend seriously has made an amazing life for herself as a dog walker.

She owns one condo, outright (it's paid off), she owns a second studio unit. She lives in one bedroom rental. The money she clears from her other units she rents out more than covers her expenses.

she lives frugally here and goes away constantly.

she is probably more financially secure than most people.
