Most of the other walkers I know work for companies and aren't on their own. There are so many dog walking companies in this city.

I really need to find a couple of other solo walkers and see if we can cover for each other. I knew an awesome woman but she moved to Brooklyn and took a regular job. I know a guy that's solo but his walks are downtown and too far away to make it work.
I'm friendly with everyone and talk to other walkers all the time but most prefer to work for companies and take the loss in pay for the extras which is quite understandable.
