I totally agree. IT is *customer service* and is sadly filled with anti-social nerds who don't know the first thing about it

It is also an expense that many many companies skimp on and view as an evil rather than a strategic advantage.

I have a friend who is an IT wizard who made everything work in the after hours. Meanwhile, the day crew hated him because they had email problems
