I have a friend who is an IT wizard who made everything work in the after hours. Meanwhile, the day crew hated him because they had email problems

In the day (that they probably could have saved themselves) but he was taking well deserved rest.
This is also the same firm who screwed my wife over so "don't know what they have" is a recurring theme.
