My guess to that: Disney is getting hit hard now with seeing the folly of overpaying for content...Netflix's main challenge going forward

is economically paying for content...every rights deal that needs to be paid for...etc etc.
It's a main reason Netflix pushed to be more than a pass-through of programming.
Disney's like, "We got content...we don't need to pay for other people's stuff if we just get our stuff direct to the masses."
