My Ex Brother in Law was assigned to that for a time

Which is why I was once warned that I could be getting a call as in order to get his security clearance to participate they were checking into his immediate and not so immediate family

Last time I saw him, part of pub discussion was vague stories about his time in the planes (that part was really, really, really vague) as well as some less vague stories about his Russian counterparts and trying to keep them out of trouble (or out of official trouble after they'd gotten into uh, situations)

So each side flies planes in order to verify the treaty requirements are being met
