they do ask for make/model/year of car, so they can't have anyone *too* down at the heels.

so like, unemployed, overleveraged, and a little desperate, but not actually poor, heaven forbid.
maybe like a nice late model Prius. nothing too flashy, and maybe the neighbours will notice in a good way.
