Hot Pickled Caesar

This one is kind of a big dill, see what we did there? Chances are you’ve got a jar of pickles sitting in your refrigerator right now. Pair the brine with a hit of horseradish and you’ve just upped your Caesar game for good.

Rim

Celery salt or Mott’s Clamato

Ingredients

1 oz (30 mL) vodka
4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
2 dashes hot sauce
3 pinches celery salt
½ barspoon extra-hot horseradish
½ oz (15 mL) pickle brine
4 oz (120 mL) Mott’s Clamato Pickled Bean Cocktail
Garnish

Dill pickle and cheese on a skewer

How

Rim a highball glass with citrus and rimmer.
Fill the glass to the top with ice.
Add the ingredients in the order listed.
Stir well to mix the cocktail, and garnish.
