Call them asap. I've had some very good luck with calling them and getting my package found and delivered quickly.

Both USPS and UPS have come through for me in the last few years. If I was expecting it and it didn't arrive I'd call the next day and the day after that it usually arrived.

Good luck because I know how necessary the pump is for you.
