Watching American Ninja Warrior, I feel this is the peak of athleticism in the world.

I believe they call the decathelete champion the world's greatest athlete, but this trumps that. People from all kinds of different sports - professional athletes, Olympians, etc. - all come to compete here. And - aside from distance running - this is a pretty good all around demonstration of someone's athleticism. Maybe toss in some target shooting and we're good.
