Agreed. IMO, there's too much of an emphasis on grip and upper body strength

Well, yeah, I'm a slim, no upper body having runner but still...

The obstacles that require skills/strengths outside of my previously stated gripes...I'd like to think I can do...well maybe except for the curved wall but if the women (my height equivalent) have made it up that then there's the hope for just training.

But a bunch of the advanced obstacles would seem to favor well, rock climbers
