If you're Dany and you see Jaime Lannister riding at you but before your dragon kills him, he gets tackled into the river, why aren't you combing the river to find him?
Does she not recognize the knight as Jaime?
Did she not see him get knocked off his horse?
Was her view blocked by the dragon?
Still. Seems like a weird point.
