If you zoom on the pic it explains the use of the sign. It was used in train yards when trains were assembled by

pushing the cars over a 'hump' and having them roll downhill to link up with the train. Cars with fragile goods couldn't be humped.

Seems that copies of the sign are available in the gift shop.....Stalker gift?
