For tax purposes, can you deduct clothing used exclusively for work? i.e. construction workers deducting tough pants or shirts?

I figure the answer must be yes. Doctors must be able to deduct clothing, or sewer workers, yes? Ranchers and farmers? What about salesmen? Can they deduct their suits? But, specifically, I'm asking about a construction worker.
