The Canadian system seems byzantine and impentrable from my personal perspective. I have to fill out forms for federal *and* provincial taxes? WTF?

Obviously the IRS is bigger than the CRA.
And the US Tax Code is probably more complicated than the Canadian one (or at least, people seem more likely to complain that the US tax code is incredibly complicated :)
