actually open for comment right now if you wanted to.
also the FCC defines high-speed internet for homes as 25Mbps downstream and 3Mbps upstead, but for wireless it is only 10mbps down and 1mbps up.

They're not necessarily wrong except for the problem of data caps. Most homes would do just fine with a 4G router and 1TB of data. -- nm
