Yeah, I'm the same way. Cost me some support in my race in 2014 because I backed a three-story seniors life-lease being developed by the local Masons. -- (edited)

That was *shudder* too much for some of the long-timers in the neighbourhood and they flocked to an opponent who said at the debate that more seniors on that street would result in dead children from the school across the street.
