What you did was make Blood Feud about you rather than everyone.

To you, when you draft is the best moment imaginable. I'm legitimately glad that you feel that way. The entire purpose of the league is for you to feel that way.
The problem is that you are so fixated on that you've forgotten that 36 people participate in Blood Feud. I have to look at all 100%, not just the 3% you reflect.
And I have to run three simultaneous drafts, juggle the cards, and pick for six out of 36 players this season (1/6th of the league). I do that as I write 3,000-5,000 words each day. I have no help this year since Jim's too busy and Kim's career achievements have taken away all of her free time.
I'm doing the best that I can, which is frankly better than literally anyone else here could do. What is counterproductive to the process is when people get so twitchy about their own needs that they forget others have needs, too.
I'll use Sceire as an example since he's in a different league. He was working to save dog's life this morning. How does Blood Feud compare to something that important? Everyone here has things they need to do. You've forgotten that in your full impulse passion for drafting.
Here's what I can say politely. I posted at a set time that I wouldn't be available for a while so that I could do some work. EARLY in that window, you threw a tantrum about drafting. How well do you think I would receive that request?
Then, you doubled down by telling me that I should be using draconian methodology to bully people into drafting. Based on everything that you've seen of me over those oh so many years, name a single instance where you believe that would fit within my world view.
I want this to be fun for everyone. I expend a tremendous amount of time and effort making this fun for everyone. You were not respectful of that in your replies in this thread. It was all about you and your needs.
Please acknowledge as much so that we can move forward with solutions and in the future, save your venting for the other Type As just as others will vent about the Type A-ishness of some to those who aren't.
