That's what I think of when I read or hear something is due to happen. He may be right and we should do what we can to protect the city and ourselves.

I'm not saying we should ignore him and the possibility but I'm not even close to nervous we'll get hit with anything that'll do real damage.
It's not quite the gambler's fallacy but it's not far off.
