Sampling: Why does school start so early (mind you, it starts on 9/6 here). Fall isn't even until September 22!

The implications are that we're starting school early (when, in fact, most places have already started school) and that school should only happen in the fall, winter, and spring months, as if there's some kind of rule or law to that effect.
