I'd take my 3DS and my credit cards and die with indignity in New Orleans. -- nm

I could take a train to Boston but what hits us would likely hit them. I'm not sure what I'd do.

SUV with Kids, Dog, cats, basic clothes, etc. I'd be heading to my parents home/cabin in Wisconsin. Grab some basic important things -- (edited)

I'm pretty fortunate to live in an area that doesn't have many natural disasters. even in town, my neighborhood in partic is flood-resistant.

*shrug* I live in Los Angeles. Here, getting out of town means just moving a couple of neighborhoods over. -- nm

How I would get out of town depends on the emergency. Tsunami? Mountain route, but that would be SO jammed.

Well, we'd be getting home from the airport, so we'd at least have a week's worth of clothes and necessities already packed. -- nm

Cats. Our emergency bag. Duffels with a bunch of clothes. And i guess we'd go west. Most major road options so best chance to actually keep moving. -- nm

My dog and his food, my laptop, some clothes, depending on if I had my car maybe my Green Day signed guitar and my Foo Fighters signed drum heads. There would be no way out with the traffic here though so it's moot. -- nm*
