On other nations and regime change, I was talking more about "from NK's POV". I don't think anyone's actively doing anything about regime change in NK, but over the last couple of decades, the West has effected regime change in Afghanistan and Iraq, tried to do so in Syria, cheered on regime change in former Soviet republics like Georgia and the Ukraine, cheered on the Maidan movement in Ukraine, supported the fall of dictators like Gaddhafi (who cooperated with the West on halting Libya's nuclear program), and cheered on the fall Mubarak and Ben Ali (Tunisia) who were Western allies.
Even if there's no active push for regime change in NK at the moment, those winds can change very easily. It's at the forefront of Kim's mind - not to mention other dictators around the world.
