Runners - can I salvage this half marathon?

I totally messed up my training schedule. I pushed it too hard too fast and have been dealing with leg soreness and pain. Trying to get so rest and recovery but still get some training.

The half marathon is Sunday. Monday my plan was to run a 10K at my half marathon goal pace. I did that but there's no way I had 7 more miles in me.

Tomorrow is the last day to defer my registration until next year. I got a massage yesterday and have started taking BCAAs for recovery.

Do I bail on this one or make a go at it? I was too sore to run today. Thinking maybe try a couple really short really light runs this week and see what happens Sunday.
