I think doable, but you probably have to throw the goal pace out. also: ibuprofen is your friend.

also also: don't be afraid to walk.

I ran a half-marathon about 10 days ago, after not particularly training hard for it. had to walk a couple of hills toward the end. and finished slower than any other half by about 15 minutes. couple ibuprofen before the race helped with the leg pain, and I didn't suffer too much after.
