ST knows. Plants from the community common area and next door neighbor are overflowing onto our patio. Who is responsible to cut them?

Should the owner of the plants control them or since they end up on our property they become our problem (the portion that is on our property)?

You can cut what is on your property, but if it causes damage to the plant and makes it die you are responsible for the cost of replacement. The
