We're retiring our HTPC but I'd like to reuse it. I try to look at stuff about video cards and I don't understand the words they are using or the order in which they are used.

Cities: Skylines requires a:

nVIDIA GeForce GTX 660, 2 GB or AMD Radeon HD 7870, 2 GB

So that's the baseline.
