so, I have some news........

This is all within a 3 day span last week....

My dad has liver cancer. They have not determined what stage, and where all it has spread, if at all.

My wife has skin cancer. She had a mole that popped up, we will just call it in her "female area", and had it removed and tested, and yup, something called squamous cell carcinoma. Based on it's location, it is a concern that it spreads to any one of a bunch of the possible female areas.

She goes tomorrow to the cancer doc to see what comes next.

While I don't have the best relationship with my dad, it is still a bit of a gut punch. And I talk a lot of shit about my wife here, most of which is deserved, but to her credit, she has worked on her issues and has been much better the last year or so.

We are obviously more than a little concerned about this, and hopefully we get the best possible news tomorrow.

She nor I have posted anything about this on FB, as we want to find out what exactly we are dealing with first. So please, no FB posts.

I have had about all I can handle with Cancer for a while.
