Have there been any confirmed reports of damage/casualties in Barbuda?

The latest numbers I heard were 90% of structures destroyed and potentially as many as 1000 fatalities (or maybe casualties), but that is apparently a very sketchy report from a shaken PM on a bad phone connection.
