WORK PET PEEVE ALERT

I have meetings I schedule and run every quarter as part of an important process. These are time-boxed meetings, they must happen in a specific week each quarter, and the meetings involve a number of people including some VPs. There's obviously no way to ever find time that works for everyone, so I schedule around the critical VPs who are needed and everyone else just needs to accommodate. Heck, even I need to accommodate. I move stuff on my calendar all the time to make room for these meetings. It's always a struggle to even find enough available slots on the VP's calendars to schedule all the meetings, so there's really no flexibility.

It never fails that some low level attendee counters the meeting invite for a time that is more convenient for them. As just happened. Again.

On the plus side, I'm the middle of an (unrelated) global REPLY ALL avalanche!
