Nobody on the dem side will support Graham Cassidy because it is not a solution for anything and is really just more of the same that's been proposed

(in slightly different dressing to try to get something passed). More than prior bills this is basically an explicit attempt to take money from blue states and give it to red states in the hope of convincing the final republican votes that they need.
