So I had to meet them again, last Friday, to show him the house. I congratulated them on their wedding which evidently was just a couple hours prior.

I got them approved and got some stuff at the house fixed. We traded a few calls yesterday setting up a time for them to come in and sign the paperwork. Everything was hunky dory then.

They're 45 minutes late. So I call to find out what is going on. She tells me "Oh, I am so sorry but my spouse and I are getting a divorce and I can't afford it on my own"

A one week wedding? Geez
