These are all points I will consider. Except the 280. We don’t need that, we’ve got inside messages. 😂

The “Subject” place holder is a bit redundant, both for the 20 years and for the fact it says “Subject” right above it.
But I might remove the “Subject” right above it. I haven’t decided yet.
